After we’ve met and you’ve told me about your experiences and concerns, we will work together during the breakthrough session to:
- Explore and create clarity around your personal goal to enable you to achieve and maintain your ideal weight without restrictive dieting and punishing exercise.
- Uncover the #1 thing that is holding you back and stopping you from showing up for yourself. You’ll learn what it will take to kick your dangerous habits so you can support your body, mind and spirit as you nurture and nourish your way back to health and well-being.
- Identify the single thing you can do right now to help jump start your journey to health, wellness and the fully nourished life you deserve, allowing you to end the confusion about what to eat for your ideal body and begin to experience being present, with feelings of awareness and joy.
- Create a roadmap to support your effort and define the building blocks that will lead to success, so that you can complete the session feeling excited and with an outline of exactly what you need to do to succeed!
