This is a one-on-one, private, highly focused, 90-minute consultation, which can be done in person, on the phone, or by Skype or Zoom. As this is the beginning of our coaching relationship, you and I will examine your personal issues/ obstacles, identify goals and create a plan so you leave feeling excited and equipped to move forward. I have been where you are. I know how frightening it is to leave the comfort and security of your program. My own experience has inspired me to create a program of recovery coaching. Together, you and I will navigate the sometimes choppy waters of recovery and ensure your strength and success.
This program will powerfully transform your relationship with food — from one that is mired in confusion to one that is joyous, loving and free. You and I will use my book, The Freedom Promise, to examine the limiting beliefs and fears that keep one boxed in a toxic relationship with food; explore not only what to eat but how, why and when to eat; learn how stress impacts our metabolism; and develop a new set of skills to rely on when life gets in the way.
Each group is limited to 6 participants. We will meet weekly for 90 minutes. Included is a copy of The Freedom Promise.
