Without Confusion, Deprivation or someone Else’s Rules

You CAN heal your relationship with food… you’ve just been missing key pieces of information:

  • That in order to recover from your challenges with eating, you need NOT have to agree to eating all foods (even in moderation)
  • That your behavior with food is not the problem, it started out as a solution
  • What if it’s not really about the food?

I know this journey hasn’t been easy. You’ve tried so many things to heal your relationship with disordered eating, but nothing seems to stick.

The truth is that our strategies around healing our relationship with food? They’re outdated. And they don’t take your unique biology into account. This training will be different, I promise.

I know this journey hasn’t been easy. You’ve tried so many things to heal your relationship with disordered eating, but nothing seems to stick.

The truth is that our strategies around healing our relationship with food? They’re outdated. And they don’t take your unique biology into account. This training will be different, I promise.

My Name is Mindy Gorman-Plutzer and this is The Freedom Promise.

I learned to diet in my early teens — like so many of us. This led to 35 years of extreme restricting, compulsive eating, and purging. By the time I was 40, disordered eating was the focus on my inner world and taking a serious toll on my outer world.

When I saw the impact on my health and the health of my own teenage daughters, I finally became determined to break free. I’ll never pretend it was an easy journey, but eventually food became my medicine, rather than my enemy.

The experience, strength and hope that I’ve gained on this journey, along with certifications in Functional Medicine Nutrition and Eating Psychology, inspired me to create a safe space for others to explore their story and transform their own relationship with food.

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of women and men to finally stop fearing what food would do to them and start embracing what it could do for them. This free training is a key part of that process. I hope you tune in.

This video training is for you ….

  • If you are committed to your emotional, psychological and physical recovery from the diet-binge cycle (and maybe already feel like you’ve tried everything)
  • If you are ready to challenge your personal and cultural beliefs about food and weight
  • If you accept that transformative change is not always a comfortable process and that you can’t grow unless you address these lifelong challenges once and for all.
  • If you can accept that sustainable healing is NOT a quick fix

Mindy stands out above the rest; it is her integrity, love for and belief in what she does. Influencing positive change in the lives of her clients is truly important to her…”

“I first met Mindy years ago when searching out a nutritionist to help me lose weight. It was a success! Today, to call Mindy simply my nutritionist wouldn’t seem significant enough to do her justice. It is a fact that through the years, Mindy has been an awesome nutritionist, well educated in her field, offering a wide range of knowledge from physiological to emotional support. To say the least, she is helpful, inspiring and dedicated to her clients but to really pinpoint why Mindy stands out above the rest; it is her integrity, love for and belief in what she does. Influencing positive change in the lives of her clients is truly important to her and she goes above and beyond to make that difference. I am grateful to have met Mindy, for the knowledge and support that she has supplied.”
