2-4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries
1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground sea salt
1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a glass bowl, and stir well. Place in individual serving cups, if you wish, and refrigerate overnight or up to 6 hours.
