Ingredients:

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 6  pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 8-10 ounces coconut water or regular water
  • Stevia to taste(optional)

Blend at high speed until desired consistency, if too thick, add more water
