Ingredients:
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 6 pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 8-10 ounces coconut water or regular water
- Stevia to taste(optional)
Blend at high speed until desired consistency, if too thick, add more water
