- 2 – 6 ounce filets Arctic Char
- 1 Tbls. White horseradish
- 1 Tbls. Olive oil-based mayonnaise
- 1 Tbls. Organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and pat dry fish filets. Set aside.
In a small bowl of cup, mix together remaining ingredients. Divide and add a heaping spoonful onto each filet, covering the filet (skin side down).
Bake for 10-15 minutes, according to how “well-done” you like your fish.
Heat broiler and finish the filets there for about 5 minutes, until “crust” is turning golden.
