Chocolate Cherry Chia Protein Shake
Serves 1
- 2 scoops chocolate vegan protein powder
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened pitted dark cherries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ to ½ cup cold water
Combine all ingredients except last ¼ cup water in a blender. Mix on high speed until smooth. Thin with additional water, if desired
Green Coconut Protein Shake
Serves 1
- 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup organic baby kale or spinach
- ¼ ripe avocado
- ¼ medium apple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
- ¼ to ½ cup cold water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Thin with additional water, if desired.
