Serves: 2 people
Prep time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 2 pitted Medjol dates
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1Tbsp. chia seeds

Directions: 

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth

Notes: Frozen fruit creates a creamy consistency. If you don’t have frozen fruit on hand, add a few ice cubes to the blender.Feel free to change up the fruit.
