INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds
  • ½ tablespoon hemp hearts
  • ½ tablespoon raw honey or manuka honey
  • 1 tablespoon collagen protein or grass fed whey protein

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth (about 2–3 minutes). Serve over ice.
