Serves 1

Ingredients:

2 cups water
2 cups frozen or organic blueberries
1 large handful parsley
zest of one lemon
squeeze of half a lemon
1 piece fresh ginger (about the size of a small thumbnail)
1 Tbsp. Flax meal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
20 drops liquid vanilla stevia (available at Whole Foods)
¼ cup Brazil nuts or walnuts
ice (optional)

Directions:

With a high speed blender, throw all ingredients in and blend on high until creamy and smooth.

If you like it thicker and slushier, add ice, as this tends to be more on the liquid side.

If your blender is not very powerful, chop the parsley and add ingredients one at a time, blending until all ingredients are liquefied.
