Winter Sangria (serves 8)

In a large pitcher combine 1 32 oz. bottle white grape juice, 1 16 oz. bottle sparkling water. Add 2 oranges, sliced with rind, 2 apples, diced, 1 pear, diced, 1 cup red grapes. Prepare 2 hours before serving so flavors blend.

Rye’s Rain (serves 1)

Combine 1 ½ oz. apple cider, ¼ oz. maple syrup, and 3 oz. unsweetened iced tea in a tall glass with ice. Stir until combined and garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange twist.

Rosemary-grapefruit Fizz (Serves 1)

Pour 2 ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice in a tall glass filled with ice and top with 3 oz. sparkling water. Stir well and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a thin slice of lemon.

Cranberry-lime Star (Serves 1)

In a cocktail  shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz. fresh lime juice, ½ tsp. agave nectar, and 1 ½ oz. unsweetened cranberry juice. Shake until combined. Strain into a glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
