2 scoops (or the designated serving size) Chai flavored Protein Shake powder**
½ cup canned packed pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
½ tsp peeled, grated ginger OR 1 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
dash ground cinnamon, or more to taste
5 oz brewed coffee, cold
5 oz unsweetened milk alternative, such as almond or coconut milk
4-5 ice cubes.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth. For added sweetness, add a touch of stevia, to taste. You can adjust for thickness by adding more ice for a thicker shake, or some cold water, for a thinner consistency.
